Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 · LAST REVIEWED JULY 1, 2026

1. Purpose

  1. This Privacy Policy describes how the Solar Save Foundation collects, uses, and safeguards personal information on this website.
  2. The Foundation collects no personal information on this website, and the remainder of this document describes that achievement in the detail it has earned.
  3. This standard was reaffirmed at all 14 stakeholder meetings held this fiscal year, each time unanimously, each time in the minutes.

2. Information We Collect

  1. None.
  2. The Foundation regards clause 2.1 as the strongest privacy commitment in the nonprofit sector and invites peer institutions to match it.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  1. We do not collect names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, browsing histories, location data, device identifiers, or preferences of any kind.
  2. We decline to collect this information during daylight hours and after dark alike, a parity the nighttime lobby has never pledged.
  3. Imagery reviewed under our monitoring programs depicts one public figure of 4,600,000,000 years’ standing, who has never requested privacy and has never once been granted it by physics.
  4. The subject of that imagery has not acknowledged the review, the reviewer, or the relationship, and our practices honor that silence.

4. How We Use Your Information

  1. The information described in Section 2 is used in accordance with its volume.
  2. No profile of you is built, maintained, or contemplated, because stewardship means guarding what you are given, and we were given nothing.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

  1. The Foundation does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose personal data to any third party, in any jurisdiction, for any consideration.
  2. This includes Big Dark and its affiliates, whose inquiries would be declined if they were made and logged if they were declined.

6. Retention

  1. The retention period for personal data is zero days, measured precisely and audited annually.
  2. In 365 consecutive days of confirmed operation, this period has never been exceeded, a record the Foundation intends to protect and, where appropriate, cite.

7. Your Rights

  1. You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, and the Foundation will respond in writing, promptly and briefly.
  2. You may request deletion of your data, and such requests are fulfilled before they are received, a service level no other institution has published.
  3. Exercising these rights costs nothing, changes nothing, and is warmly encouraged, because participation is how a tradition stays alive.

8. Changes to This Policy

  1. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  2. The Foundation has planned for approximately 4.8 billion years of future revisions, an organizational estimate, and expects the substance of Section 2 to survive them all.
